Transparency matters. This page explains how PrimexBoard works commercially and what visitors should understand about the content shown on our boards.
Every company shown on a PrimexBoard country board is a paying subscriber. Companies pay an annual subscription fee to claim and display their block. Inclusion on the board does not constitute editorial endorsement, recommendation, or rating by PrimexBoard.
The position, size, and prominence of a block on the board reflects the tier the company purchased — not the quality, trustworthiness, or success of the business itself.
While we verify basic information (business registration documents, domain ownership) for companies marked with the green ✓ verified badge, we do not investigate, audit, or rate the businesses listed. Visitors should conduct their own due diligence before engaging with any company shown on PrimexBoard.
The absence or presence of a verified badge is informational only and does not constitute a guarantee of business legitimacy, financial health, service quality, or fitness for any particular purpose.
Company logos, names, descriptions, photos, team member information, and other profile content are uploaded by the company itself. PrimexBoard does not author, control, or independently verify this content beyond basic moderation against our terms of service.
Trademarks and logos shown on PrimexBoard belong to their respective owners. Display of a logo on PrimexBoard does not imply ownership, endorsement, or affiliation with PrimexBoard.
Profile pages contain links to external websites operated by the listed companies. PrimexBoard has no control over the content, privacy practices, or business practices of those external sites. Following an external link is at your own risk.
The "Founding Company" badge (🥇) indicates a company was among the first 10 to claim a block in a given country. This is an early-adopter recognition only — it does not denote business size, revenue, market leadership, or any other qualitative measure.
PrimexBoard is not a financial services provider, investment platform, or business advisory firm. Information shown on profiles should not be construed as investment advice, financial advice, or a solicitation to invest. Companies marketed as related to finance, real estate, or investments are responsible for their own regulatory compliance.
PrimexBoard does not currently participate in affiliate marketing programs. We do not earn referral commissions for transactions between visitors and listed companies. Our revenue comes entirely from subscription fees paid by listed companies.
If we introduce affiliate relationships in the future (such as referral arrangements with payment processors, hosting providers, or marketing tools), we'll disclose them clearly and update this page.
PrimexBoard does not currently publish sponsored articles, paid blog posts, or promoted content on our domain beyond the paid block placements described above. Should we begin publishing editorial content, sponsored material will be clearly labeled.
If we display testimonials or reviews in the future, they will be from verified PrimexBoard customers. We will not edit testimonials beyond minor typo corrections, and we will not pay for testimonials. Testimonials reflect individual experiences and do not constitute guarantees of similar results for other customers.
Numbers shown on PrimexBoard (company counts, founder spots remaining, board fill percentages) are pulled live from our database and reflect the actual state at the time of viewing. We do not inflate counts, fabricate activity, or use bots to populate boards.

If our commercial relationships, content sources, or business model change in ways that affect what visitors see on PrimexBoard, this page will be updated. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
