We want you to be confident in your purchase. This policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one.
If you cancel within 7 days of your initial purchase, you receive a full refund — no questions asked. Just email us with your account email and we'll process the refund within 3 business days.
Your block is removed from the board and the position becomes available to others.
After the 7-day window, annual subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time, but your block remains active until the end of your annual period (you don't lose what you've paid for).
Pro-rated refunds for partial years are not offered.
You can disable auto-renewal anytime from your dashboard. If you forget and we charge your card for renewal, you have 14 days from the renewal date to request a refund of the renewal charge — provided you haven't materially used the renewed subscription period (such as updating your block).

We aim to respond within 1 business day and process approved refunds within 3 business days.
Refunds are issued back to the original payment method via Stripe. Depending on your bank, it may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
Special note for founding companies: if you refund within 7 days, your founding rank is released and assigned to the next paying customer. You can re-claim a founding spot only if positions are still available — this is rarely the case once boards are active.
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We resolve almost all issues within 24 hours. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us will result in your account being terminated and added to our internal list.
