These terms ("Terms") govern your use of primexboard.com and the PrimexBoard service ("Service") operated by PrimexBoard ("we", "our", "us"). By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter binding contracts. If you're claiming a block on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to act for that company.
You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorised use of your account.
When you claim a block, you enter a one-year subscription beginning when payment is confirmed by Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Blocks are reserved for 15 minutes during checkout. If payment doesn't complete, the reservation is released and the position becomes available to others.
The first 10 companies per country receive a permanent founding badge and a 20% lifetime discount on their tier, conditional on continuous renewal. Lapsed founders forfeit the discount. Founder badges transfer to acquirers upon documented acquisition (notarised proof required).

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.
We may remove or refuse content that violates these terms, infringes intellectual property, or is illegal in our jurisdiction. We may notify you and offer an opportunity to correct minor issues before removal where reasonable.
You retain ownership of content you upload (your logo, company information, etc.) and grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to display it on PrimexBoard for as long as your subscription is active. The PrimexBoard name, design, code, and aggregated data are our property.
See our Refund Policy for details. In summary: full refund within 7 days of initial purchase, no refunds after that period.
You may cancel anytime. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms, attempt fraud, or fail to pay. Upon termination, your blocks become available for others to claim.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability or specific business outcomes from listing.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, lost profit, or punitive damages.
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from content you upload, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance.
